In the past the service has been great, but on my last visit it left something to be desired. I placed order on the phone and they couldn't find it when I arrived. Then when they found it in system and filled it they sent me to wait for it and the staff there didn't have it. The manager had filled it and sit it down someone else. That is not the norm though.

Went today to pick up a chicken noodle soup for my son. It was basically just broth, skimped on the noodles, chick and veggies. Pretty wack

This place was great. Customer service was really bad but the croissants were really good.

Delicious and good food. But their delivery service is just too bad. Three out of four deliveries we had in the last few weeks came incomplete. They should always check the order if it's complete before sending out for delivery which I think they aren't doing it.

Excellent food, beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff Isaiah is a wonderful employee. I was here with one of my friend's Chris Wiegand we both enjoyed the BBQ Chicken with flat bread for lunch. We will definitely be reordering this dish again. Thanks Penera BreadΓ°ΕΈβ’β

This restaurant is a little overpriced, but at least the food is great! And there's usually really good service too. I'll sometimes skip this place because of the price, but I do eat here quite often, so obviously I think it's pretty worth it if I keep going back. I like ordering at the kiosk because it's so easy to customize my food. A lot of really nice employees here and it's always clean!

Honesty, this has been the best Panera Bread weΓ’β¬β’ve eaten at, and thatΓ’β¬β’s because of Mandy. Her amazing customer service made a world of difference and it shows that the small things matter. We will be making this our Panera Bread stop from now on when traveling from Reno to SF.

6 months ago, this was a 5 star restaurant. Now, the quality of the food has severely gone down. The broccoli cheddar soup is watery, the bread tastes stale, the sandwiches are cheaply made. WeΓ’β¬β’ve started going to a different Panera. They either have a manager who doesnΓ’β¬β’t care, or a chef that doesnΓ’β¬β’t know what theyΓ’β¬β’re doing. Either way, fix your food guys.

Delicious as usual, fast and friendly service. The food was really good, cooked and prepared rapidly but with quality. The facilities were clean and pristine as usual. By far the best part though is always the employees. They are always so energetic, positive, and friendly.

Thia place is really hit or miss. The food is usually good, but not always consistent especially in the amount you get. The time it takes to get your food varied greatly sometimes I order ahead an it's ready others I am waiting behind every person that ordered in house.

If you want Excellent Croissants filled with the best Almond paste you ever tried. This is the Place. Fresh bread and great Salads
